KoloPlus-regler
Disse regler regulerer brugen af platformen og er bindende for brugere, annoncører, skabere og partnere. Ved at registrere dig eller fortsætte med at bruge KoloPlus accepterer du at følge dem.
1. Generelle bestemmelser
1.1. About the platform
KoloPlus is a social gaming platform that combines social interaction, gamification, quests, arena systems, user content, and platform economy features.
1.2. Acceptance of the rules
- you have read these rules and agree to follow them;
- you are at least 13 years old or the minimum age required in your country;
- you are legally able to enter into binding agreements;
- you agree with the Privacy Policy and related legal documents.
1.3. Updates to the rules
We may revise these rules. Material changes may be communicated through in-product notices, email where available, or platform announcements. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised version.
1.4. Territorial scope
The platform is operated with Ukraine and the EU in mind, but users remain responsible for complying with the law in their own jurisdiction.
2. Fællesskabsregler
2.1. Core principles
- Respect: treat others with dignity regardless of beliefs, identity, or background.
- Honesty: do not deceive, manipulate, or impersonate other people.
- Safety: do not create threats for users or the platform.
- Legality: obey applicable law.
2.2. Prohibited behavior
- bullying, harassment, stalking, or intimidation;
- hate speech, discrimination, extremist glorification, or dehumanizing content;
- sexual harassment or unwanted sexualized communication;
- threats of violence, blackmail, or coercion;
- doxxing or publication of private information without permission;
- fake profiles created to mislead others.
3. Beskyttelse af personoplysninger
Users must not collect, publish, sell, or misuse personal data of other users without a lawful basis. Attempts to access another person’s account, private messages, or sensitive information without authorization are strictly prohibited.

- do not request passwords, verification codes, or payment credentials from other users;
- report suspected breaches or compromise immediately.
4. Indholdsregler
4.1. Content that is not allowed
- illegal content, instructions for crime, or active facilitation of harm;
- malware, phishing, fraud, spam, or deceptive advertising;
- content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or image rights;
- graphic violence, sexual exploitation, or content targeting minors inappropriately;
- mass low-value duplication, manipulative engagement bait, or synthetic impersonation used deceptively.
4.2. Moderation
We may remove, restrict, de-rank, age-gate, or otherwise limit content visibility when required by policy, law, safety needs, or risk assessment.
5. Annoncering og monetisering
- ads must be lawful, transparent, and not misleading;
- paid activity, reward mechanics, and campaign participation must not be abused through bots or fake engagement;
- creators and advertisers must provide truthful information relevant to payouts, traffic, and campaign performance.
6. Sikkerhed og fair play
6.1. Forbidden actions
- multi-accounting for rewards, progression, or moderation evasion;
- bots, scripts, macros, or automation used to manipulate activity or gameplay;
- exploiting vulnerabilities, bugs, or internal tools;
- phishing, account theft, social engineering, or credential harvesting;
- selling or transferring accounts without explicit platform approval.
6.2. Account protection
- use a strong unique password;
- enable 2FA where available;
- do not share account access;
- review active sessions regularly.
7. Rettigheder og forpligtelser
7.1. Your rights
- to create and publish content within the rules;
- to interact with other users and platform features;
- to control privacy settings where available;
- to appeal certain moderation actions;
- to request deletion of your account subject to law and platform obligations.
7.2. Your obligations
- comply with platform rules and the law;
- provide accurate registration data;
- respect the rights of others;
- avoid abuse of features, rewards, or moderation systems;
- promptly report compromise of your account.
8. Overtrædelser og sanktioner
Minor violations may lead to warnings, content removal, or temporary feature restrictions.
Medium severity violations may lead to temporary suspension, reduced visibility, loss of monetization eligibility, or reset of certain in-platform progress where abuse occurred.
Severe violations may lead to permanent blocking, forfeiture of rewards, and referral to competent authorities where appropriate.
8.1. Appeals
You may appeal eligible moderation decisions through support or the dedicated appeals mechanism, providing a clear explanation and evidence where available.
9. Intellektuel ejendomsret
- users retain rights to their own content subject to the platform license required to host and display it;
- the KoloPlus brand, design, code, databases, and official assets belong to the platform or its licensors;
