Deze regels gelden voor het gebruik van het platform en zijn bindend voor gebruikers, adverteerders, creators en partners. Door je te registreren of KoloPlus te blijven gebruiken, stem je ermee in deze na te leven.
7. Rechten en verplichtingen
7.1. Your rights
- to create and publish content within the rules;
- to interact with other users and platform features;
- to control privacy settings where available;
- to appeal certain moderation actions;
- to request deletion of your account subject to law and platform obligations.
7.2. Your obligations
- comply with platform rules and the law;
- provide accurate registration data;
- respect the rights of others;
- avoid abuse of features, rewards, or moderation systems;
- promptly report compromise of your account.
8. Overtredingen en sancties
Minor violations may lead to warnings, content removal, or temporary feature restrictions.
Medium severity violations may lead to temporary suspension, reduced visibility, loss of monetization eligibility, or reset of certain in-platform progress where abuse occurred.
Severe violations may lead to permanent blocking, forfeiture of rewards, and referral to competent authorities where appropriate.
8.1. Appeals
You may appeal eligible moderation decisions through support or the dedicated appeals mechanism, providing a clear explanation and evidence where available.
