2.1. Core Terms

• Platform — the KoloPlus website, apps, and services.
• User — a person who visits or uses the platform.
• Content — texts, images, videos, comments, messages, and other materials.
• Internal Currency — in-game points, bonuses, rewards, and other non-fiat units within the service.

3.1. Registration

An account is required for access to certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and not share access with third parties.

3.2. Account Security

• the account owner is responsible for activity performed through the account;
• your password must be strong and unique;
• if you suspect compromise, you must immediately notify support@koloplus.com.

3.3. Suspension of Access

We may temporarily restrict or terminate access in the event of a breach of the rules, security requirements, or the law.

4.1. License

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4.2. Restrictions

• you may not decompile, copy, sell, or repackage the service without our written permission;
• you may not bypass technical restrictions or security systems;
• you may not use the platform for unlawful activity.

5.1. Your Content

You retain ownership of your content, but grant KoloPlus a non-exclusive license to store, display, moderate, distribute within the service, and technically process it.

5.2. User Warranties

• you have all necessary rights to publish such content;
• the content does not violate the law, copyright, privacy rights, or community rules;
• the content does not contain malicious code, spam, or phishing.

5.3. Content Removal

We may restrict access to, hide, or remove content if it violates the rules, the rights of others, regulatory requirements, or creates security risks.

6.1. User Conduct

You must interact with others in good faith and must not engage in bullying, harassment, fraud, doxxing, incitement to violence, or other abuse.

6.2. Automation and Abuse

• bots, scripts, fake views, fake likes, fake currency, or manipulated game results are prohibited;
• multi-accounting for benefits or rewards is prohibited;
• exploiting bugs is considered a violation.

7.1. Game Assets

Internal currency, items, bonuses, and progression are elements of the service. They are not electronic money, a banking product, or an investment asset unless expressly stated otherwise.

7.2. Resets and Changes

We may change the balance of the game economy, item prices, reward mechanics, and may deduct assets obtained through error, fraud, or payment reversal.

8.1. Paid Services

Some features may be paid. Prices, terms, package contents, and payout conditions are defined on the relevant service pages.

8.2. Refunds

• refunds are reviewed based on applicable law and the nature of the digital service;
• in the event of fraud or a chargeback, access to certain features may be restricted;
• payouts to creators and partners may be subject to additional review.

9.1. Platform Rights

All rights to the code, design, databases, graphics, the KoloPlus brand, and official content belong to the platform or its licensors.

9.2. Infringement Notices

For copyright complaints, contact copyright@koloplus.com with a description of the original work, a link to the infringement, and confirmation of your rights.

10.1. No Warranties

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the absence of errors, or full compatibility with all devices.

11.1. Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KoloPlus is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, reputational harm, or the consequences of third-party actions.

12.1. Ending Use

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may close or suspend an account in the event of a violation of the terms, the law, or security requirements.

13.1. Pre-trial Resolution

Before filing a claim, the parties must make a good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute through support or the platform’s legal contact.

13.2. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, subject to mandatory EU consumer and personal data protection rules where applicable.

14.1. Document Updates

We may modify these Terms if the service, the law, the monetization model, or security policies change. We will provide advance notice of material changes through the platform or by email.
